Frequently asked questions
The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly. What should I do?
Please try the following steps: fully close the app and reopen it, restart your device, and make sure you're running the latest version of the app from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us with details and we'll investigate.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. From there you can change or cancel any active subscription.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Send an email to malachyduffin@gmail.com with a description of the issue or idea. Screenshots and steps to reproduce are very welcome.
Where can I read your privacy policy?
Each app's privacy policy is linked from its App Store listing and from within the app's settings.
