Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Mal Duffin ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our iOS applications (the "Apps"). We've designed our Apps to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.
Information stored on your device. Content you create in the Apps (such as preferences, saved items, and settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it unless you choose to share it with us.
Diagnostics and usage data. If you opt in to share diagnostics with developers through your iOS Settings, Apple may share crash logs and aggregated usage data with us. This information is not linked to your identity.
Purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive your payment information. We may receive a transaction identifier from Apple to validate your purchase or subscription.
How we use information
We use information only to operate, maintain, and improve the Apps; respond to your support requests; validate purchases and subscriptions; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services
The Apps may rely on services provided by Apple (such as the App Store, iCloud, and StoreKit). Your use of those services is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Children's privacy
The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and your rights
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Most data lives on your device — uninstalling the App removes it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page.
